Your quote request

When you submit our form, Audley Exteriors collects your name, phone number, optional email address, property location, selected service and the details you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange services you request.

How requests are stored

Requests are stored in our website’s database and are accessible through an owner-only enquiry inbox. When email alerts are enabled, we also use an email delivery provider to notify Audley Exteriors of new enquiries. Our website hosting, database and email providers process this information to operate the site; information may be processed outside Canada. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details in the form.

Campaign information and spam protection

We may save the page used to submit your enquiry and campaign tags included in its link, to understand where enquiries originate. Campaign tags may be stored temporarily in your browser for the current session. To limit spam, we temporarily store a one-way value derived from your network address and a short time window. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Your choices

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact audleyexteriors@gmail.com or call 905 213 8560. We retain enquiries as needed to handle your request and maintain service records, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
